Are You Engaged to your Stakeholder?

Every event professional comes in contact with a wide range of event stakeholders who can have an impact on the success of the event or who can be affected by the event. This program is designed for YOU the industry professional who is impacting or being affected by the design and execution of any type of meeting or event. The foundation of your success is stakeholder engagement; aligning your services to their needs and ensuring the best outcomes. Ultimately, you will become engaged to your stakeholder, a commitment that will include delivering on the promise of their vision.

To assist in reaching this goal, you will learn three vital steps that will bring extraordinary results to include:

Creating stakeholder engagement and trust through good communications.
Demonstrate service first mentality.
Identify stakeholder needs to bring value to their organization.
Learning Outcomes: Managing Stakeholder relationships in order to maintain positive long-term relationships with key best practices for communication, recognition, conflict resolution, and legal considerations.

The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Bring your gently used professional attire, accessories, handbags and jewelry to the August event and they will be repurposed to help unprivileged women in our community. You’ll be helping a wonderful cause and also receive a raffle ticket for each donated item.

Program is pre approved by the EIC for continuing education credit (1CE- Domaine F/Stakeholder Management)
